The Challenge

The Schouders Eronder Podcast, hosted by Daan Stormink, is built around deeply human conversations with guests who have faced defining moments of perseverance. At the heart of the podcast lies a profoundly personal story — its name inspired by Daan’s father, who, following his ALS diagnosis, responded with unwavering determination: “We’re going to put our shoulders into it.”

The challenge was to translate this emotional foundation into a visual identity that felt authentic, memorable, and capable of supporting the podcast’s long-term growth.

The Solution

Working closely with Daan, we developed a brand identity designed to capture both the strength and sincerity behind the podcast. We began with a distinctive logo that anchors the visual system — a mark created to symbolize resilience while remaining clear and recognizable across platforms.

From this foundation, we expanded the identity into a cohesive design ecosystem, including social media templates, YouTube banners, and thumbnail systems. Each element was intentionally crafted to ensure consistency while helping the podcast stand out in an increasingly competitive media landscape.

Schouders Eronder now carries a visual identity that reflects the depth of its story while presenting the brand with clarity and confidence.
