The Challenge
As one of the fastest-growing e-commerce brands globally, ICON Amsterdam, led by Samuel and Ruben Onuha, was entering a pivotal phase of expansion. With Black Friday and Cyber Monday approaching, the brand needed a digital experience and campaign presence capable of matching its momentum — not only driving conversions online but reinforcing its authority at scale.
The Solution
Our partnership began with a complete redesign of ICON’s website, creating a stronger foundation for performance and future growth. Building on that, we designed a dedicated VIP Black Friday landing page engineered to convert high-intent traffic during the brand’s most critical sales period.
To extend the campaign beyond digital channels, we developed bold creative that appeared on billboards across Amsterdam’s busiest highways, amplifying visibility nationwide. Leveraging fresh photoshoot content alongside existing assets, we crafted a cohesive suite of advertising and social media visuals that unified the entire campaign experience.
The Result
The collaboration delivered a seamless blend of strategy, design, and execution — supporting a record-breaking Black Friday & Cyber Monday while further cementing ICON Amsterdam’s position as a dominant force in modern e-commerce.
